To give you an idea this is what I had to go through in order to be where I am today...
08/2009 I started taking prereqs (27 courses! and being a Stay at home mom of a 2 ad 3 year old girls)
10/2011 Started Nursing School
6/21/13 Pinning Ceremony
6/22/13 Graduated from Nursing School
7/3/13 I had a job interview
8/8/13 I accepted a job offer for a new grad program
8/26/13 First day of training as an RN!
So, since I didnt have to study AT ALL for like a month (very exciting!) I took the time to re organize my townhome! I cleaned every closet, threw away so much crap and have dedicated more time to my girls too. They have drive me coo coo all summer but that's what a 6 and 7 year old are supposed to do right? lol We went to outdoor movie nights, we had sleep overs, they tried snow cones for the first time, and watch lots of 80's movies at home (I think 80's movies are the best!). The Never Ending Story and The Goonies was a huge hit for my 7 year old. She loved both movies. Now I am trying to make them watch the Gremlins and E.T. but they refuse to watch them lol
Anyway I went a little off topic but things are starting to feel more normal now. My husband and I (and my girls) have sacrificed a lot in the past 3-4 years. We can say that nothing has been handed to us. Our lives are about to change because of or hard work and dedication. It hasn't been perfect at all!!! we have made many mistakes along the way but we are grateful for those mistakes though. God has gave us the tools, we just had to put them to work. New blessings coming our way!!!
